Working Procedure:

Sample in and Methylation product out

1. Install the pre-packed reagents cartridge and sample tube in the reaction chamber

2. Instrument will automatically puncture the reagents sealing film and take the reagents to lysis position to start the extraction.

3. When the extraction is completed,instrument will automatically transfer the eluent to methylation tube and start the methyl processing.

4. Recovery the purified product after methylation.
